PHPNews 1.1.* => PHPNews 1.2.0 Changelog

There have been tonnes of code rewrites, code fixes, optimisation tweaks
plus lots more added to PHPNews 1.2.0, so it would be impossible to name
them all (or even remember them!). Instead here is a list of the new
features added.

* Preview News (Ability to preview news before it is posted)
* Image Uploader (Upload images to insert into articles)
* Creation of RSS Feeds
* Fourth type of user access which requires the users news posts to be
verified before it is posted, and after it has been modified by the owner
* Linebreaks in comments
* Ability to split comments up into pages
* Full support for all CHARSETs
* Refined Previous / Next Links
* Email validation is now an Option
* Smilies are now parsed, not replaced
* Ability to count number of views of a news article
* Headlines.php file can now sort by Category and by views

There were also a number of bug fixes. Most of all even with all these new
features PHPNews 1.2.0 can run faster than previous versions of PHPNews
due to a lot of optimisation of news.php
